Parkview, the second phase of Museum Bluffs, was designed by David Furman Architecture. Windsor/Aughtry Company competed with several other development entities through a RFP process and was awarded the project by the City of Chattanooga. This urban mixed use development contains a 190 car parking garage in the center of a 1.4 acre city block which is completely wrapped with a four story 107 unit residential condominium project. Three of the main corners will have ground level retail. The north side of the building sits adjacent to the new First Street Steps Park, which is the main pedestrian link connecting the north and south shores of the Tennessee River. The site is an infill project just two blocks from Chattanooga’s best restaurants and night life. This project will be approximately $23 million dollars, with unit prices ranging from $100,000 to $400,000. Project is complete with 65 units already closed.
