BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Windsor/Aughtry Leif worked as a consultant doing site selection and industrial acquisition for an international consulting firm. Since joining Windsor/Aughtry in 2007 Leif has served in many capacities from acting as a simple transactional broker to helping provide solutions to clients complex property needs. Recognizing that commercial property is evaluated by both buyers and sellers from a financial perspective, he is capable of digging into and digesting the many attributes of a property to determine its value and the most appropriate end user of the property. He enjoys building new relationships and solving his client’s real estate related issues.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Leif grew up in Simpsonville hunting, fishing and playing golf. He is a passionate bow hunter and duck hunter, though with teenage children less time is spent pursuing those hobbies and more time is spent with his son’s baseball, his daughter’s soccer, and doing whatever his patient wife asks of him. They enjoy being active in their community and church.
