Jay is a native of Greenville and joined Windsor Aughtry Company in 2005. Jay focuses on third party brokerage and commercial development.
Sample brokerage transactions include land brokerage of 100+ acre residential development tracts, office and flex space properties, industrial properties, and various land tracts to end users including medical office, C-Store, and national retailers.
Sample development experience includes medical office, retail, industrial, and hotel projects ranging in deal size from $1,500,000 to $35,000,000.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Prior to Windsor Aughtry Company, Jay was President of Alexander Machinery, Inc., a manufacturing company with equipment operating in over 65 countries around the world. While at Alexander Machinery, Jay was responsible for the development of two custom designed manufacturing facilities totaling over 200,000 SF. Jay resides in Simpsonville with his wife Robin and their two sons, Will and Matt.
